Service Description

With gentle songs and harmonies, you will be held in a cacoon of healing sound. Toning the vagus nerve and modulating the autonomic nervous system, this will be an evening for deep rest and healing. Particularly for those who are feeling the affects of overwhelm, who may be managing health concerns or are grieving a lose, this evening of bathing in song is profoundly nourishing for body and spirit. A care team is available to support people's comfort during the evening. An option to share a cuppa with others completes the evening.
