Service Description
Facilitated by Jacinda, you will be guided through some slow gentle movement followed by a deep resting practice. As therapists & Health professionals this is a space in which to process stress & any build up of vicarious trauma while feeling deeply nourish you. This is your opportunity to slow down, process and connect with your body in a safe supported space.
